1. Introduction

Welcome to vagiplus ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and vagiplus, governing your access to and use of the vagiplus website located at vagiplus.org, including all associated services, games, features, and content made available through the Platform.

By accessing the vagiplus Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by vagiplus, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by vagiplus or any relevant regulatory authority.

vagiplus reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

By registering on vagiplus, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements stated above. Any misrepresentation of eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the vagiplus Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your vagiplus account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your vagiplus Login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify vagiplus immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, unless you have notified vagiplus of unauthorized access in accordance with these Terms.

vagiplus implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

vagiplus supports a range of payment methods commonly used in the Philippines, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and selected payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your vagiplus account balance in real time. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
• vagiplus does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• vagiplus reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not be eligible to withdraw funds.
• Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 10 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) business day.
• vagiplus reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times.
• Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit funds into your account, or to a verified account in your own name.
• Any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

vagiplus may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• vagiplus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players may only participate in each promotion once unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through the use of multiple accounts or other means constitutes abuse and may result in account suspension.
• vagiplus reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings and/or close accounts where it reasonably suspects bonus abuse, collusion, or fraudulent activity in connection with any promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the vagiplus Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

• All game outcomes on vagiplus are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited for fairness.
• vagiplus is not responsible for any errors, interruptions, or malfunctions in game software caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, vagiplus reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the player's account balance.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing wagers. vagiplus shall not be liable for losses resulting from disconnections during gameplay.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. These limits may be adjusted by vagiplus at any time.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vagiplus Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the vagiplus Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vagiplus staff, support agents, or other players.

8. Responsible Gaming

vagiplus is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on the Platform. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all vagiplus account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your vagiplus account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications during gameplay reminding you of the time elapsed and amounts wagered.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing, from 24 hours up to 30 days.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the vagiplus Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of vagiplus or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the vagiplus Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from vagiplus.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any vagiplus trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vagiplus, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
• Interruptions, errors, or delays in Platform availability.
• Any reliance placed on content or information provided on the Platform.

The total aggregate liability of vagiplus to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vagiplus account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude vagiplus's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Termination

vagiplus reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if vagiplus reasonably determines that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on the Platform.
• Your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to vagiplus, other players, or third parties.
• vagiplus is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

You may close your vagiplus account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

vagiplus operates in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and the guidelines issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) as they apply to online gaming platforms serving Filipino players.

13. Amendments to These Terms

vagiplus reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, vagiplus will notify registered users via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the vagiplus Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
